Changing Tracks – your Lion Bites word for today

Dear Sons and Daughters, bring your minds into submission to me, for I am purity and truth, holiness and loveliness, and I wait to flood your minds with my love and security.

Where habits have formed, and your emotions have travelled along predetermined tracks, like ruts, I am close by to help you change tracks. It may be a pattern of boredom with the status quo, great sadness and toil, or indecision and heartache.

I am extremely interested in all the decisions and conversations you will have today, even those you have with yourself. My mind, thoughts and emotions are already in you by my Holy Spirit, so there is an alternative to what your soul brings to your awareness.

As your mind concentrates on many things today, set its course, first thing after waking, to my mind, the mind of Christ. Take my promises of wisdom, peace and joy into your feelings and responses. I prompt those with a soft, open heart to see my ways and to fully know the fruit of my Spirit to see them through.

Cry out to me for help; I am here.
