You are being relentlessly pursued –  your Lion Bites word for today

You are being relentlessly pursued by the tenacious love of God in these days, as He comes to overwhelm you with Him in a time when you’re feeling overwhelmed with everything around you. Remember that He is the perfect shepherd, who leaves the ninety-nine for the one; He is the God who picks you up and carries you to safety over His shoulders.

Will you let God overwhelm you with His love and bring you into a place of peace? Will you fully – not partially – embrace Him?

Luke 15:4-7
Suppose one of you has a hundred sheep and loses one of them. Doesn’t he leave the ninety-nine in the open country and go after the lost sheep until he finds it? And when he finds it, he joyfully puts it on his shoulders and goes home. Then he calls his friends and neighbours together and says, ‘Rejoice with me; I have found my lost sheep.’ I tell you that in the same way there will be more rejoicing in heaven over one sinner who repents than over ninety-nine righteous persons who do not need to repent.
