Psalm 127:1
Unless the Lord builds the house the builders labour in vain.
‘What are you building?’ Listen to Jesus ask you this question as He invites you to pause and reflect.
‘What am I building?’
Take a moment, pause for thought.
These are the days when the Lord is saying, ‘It is time to build.’ You will have a call, a people, resources, a mandate or some area of influence, given to you to serve in, by God. And He now asks, ‘What are you building there?’
Ask the Holy Spirit to reveal what is in your hands. Look in your hands. What has God given you? What do you have?
Now ask, ‘What would you have me build? What should it look like? Who am I to build with? Where am I to build it?’
These are the days of possessing the land; of taking ownership and of building. There are to be tangible manifestations of all that God wants to release on the earth. These are the days when you get to build with others (just like the many families came together to rebuild the ruined wall of Jerusalem in the book of Nehemiah) for your sake and the sake of your family, your people and your community.
The Lord asks you again, ‘What are you building?’ He has the blueprints that you can use and He is ready to reveal them to you. Come and receive them then build, because it is time.
