Some of you are watching the spiritual clock, hoping for fruit to manifest from the seed of prayer. You know that you have prayed earnestly, and by all accounts, you have prayed in faith. Yet there is no sign on the horizon to maintain your hope for one more day.
The Lord says, “Stop looking at the horizon and look at your feet. I have given you the feet to walk out that which you have prayed. For I desire my glory in you, not just my glory in me. I have given you the tools to see this through as you ask for what I have already given. Look at your feet. Are you not a vessel for walking? Is there not a walk to be done?” If you will walk one step, I will light the path for two. If you will trust in me, I will glory in you. I do not ask you to run the heavy loaded race. I ask you to walk in my leisure for the treasure.”
1 Peter 2:21 MSG
This is the kind of life you’ve been invited into, the kind of life Christ lived. He suffered everything that came his way so you would know that it could be done, and also know how to do it, step-by-step.
