It is important at this time for my people to speak hope into those around them. While the atmosphere is inundated with fear and worry, my people must push this back by speaking truth and hope.
What is the hope that sustains you?
What is it that you require to feel hopeful?
Today, survey your heart honestly. Do you have hope? Do you find that you are postured in a position of hope and expectation?
There is fresh oil for you to renew your hope and step into a deeper revelation of what it means to find your hope in me. I am not hidden and hope must not be lost. Pick-up fresh hope today and resolve within yourself to be a voice for hope.
Activation: Take some time to quiet yourself and ask. Once you are quiet, ask Holy Spirit to show you how hopeful you are. Ask Holy Spirit where your hope is anchored. If you find that you are struggling to feel hopeful or be in a posture of hopefulness, ask Holy Spirit for a fresh in-filling. You may need to do a process of repentance and forgiveness. Whatever the process looks like, ask Holy Spirit for strategies on being one you will be a voice of hope.
Romans 15:13 (NIV)
May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in him, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit.
Romans 5:2-5 (MSG)
We throw open our doors to God and discover at the same moment that he has already thrown open his door to us. We find ourselves standing where we always hoped we might stand – out in the wide open spaces of God’s grace and glory, standing tall and shouting our praise. There’s more to come: We continue to shout our praise even when we’re hemmed in with troubles, because we know how troubles can develop passionate patience in us, and how that patience in turn forges the tempered steel of virtue, keeping us alert for whatever God will do next. In alert expectancy such as this, we’re never left feeling shortchanged. Quite the contrary – we can’t round up enough containers to hold everything God generously pours into our lives through the Holy Spirit!
