I saw a vision of a sword. It was dull and you picked it up. The call was, “Sharpen, sharpen, sharpen the sword, for it allows you to cut off that which is binding, hindering and coming against you”. As it was sharpened it grew brighter and more radiant. Darkness gave way to the light and the freedom with which the sword cut through the darkness bringing great joy and courage into your heart. The call is not only to stand firm but, “Move forward, move forward into the grace that I have called you to walk in. Move forward and wield your sword. Move forward and let my flow, passion, purpose and direction catapult you into the direction that I have called you to walk. You are my witness in the midst of darkness. You are my laid down lover who knows my truth and kindness. Your weapon is the sword, My word that I have called you to sharpen”.
2 Corinthians 10:4-5
The weapons we fight with are not the weapons of the world. On the contrary, they have divine power to demolish strongholds. We demolish arguments and every pretension that sets itself up against the knowledge of God, and we take captive every thought to make it obedient to Christ.
