The Shining Filament – your Lion Bites word for today

Once you were in the dark. Then you put your trust in Jesus – you confessed and repented of your sin and were reborn in Him. Now you’re like a clear light bulb, with a filament in the core of you. A filament is the wire inside a traditional light bulb that heats up and glows super-brightly when the electricity is allowed to flow through it.
Remember that not only are you clear, clean and transparent in the Lord’s eyes but that you also have a great capacity to shine super-brightly. It’s time to turn-up the power and let that filament inside of you burn!
