The fruitful tree – your Lion Bites word for today

Jeremiah 17:7-8
But blessed is the one who trusts in the Lord, whose confidence is in him. They will be like a tree planted by the water that sends out its roots by the stream. It does not fear when heat comes; its leaves are always green. It has no worries in a year of drought and never fails to bear fruit.

God says to you today, ‘I have made you like a tree. You are strong and broad; you host and give life.
You were made for many to find home and shelter around you. You were made to bear fruit and to release healing. Your roots go deep in me.’

Know that you are a planting unto the Lord and that He has secured you in Him. Keep drinking the living water that surrounds your roots and you will bear much fruit. Remain anchored in Him He supply all your needs. Remain planted by His river, rooted in His truth, immersed in the life that flows from Him, so that your leaves never wither and your branches are always heavy-laden.

Blessed is the one who does not walk in step with the wicked or stand in the way that sinners take or sit in the company of mockers, but whose delight is in the law of the LORD, and who meditates on his law day and night. That person is like a tree planted by streams of water, which yields its fruit in season
and whose leaf does not wither – whatever they do prospers
