Staying the course – your Lion Bites word for today

I know the trials and the situations that you have walked through in this season, says the Lord, but not everything has been an attack of the enemy as you assumed. You have found yourself in some situations because it is only in those times that you are able to bear fruit and grow in perseverance. I delighted as you didn’t give up but stayed your course and pushed through to a new level of faith and intimacy in me. Don’t tire yourself focusing on and warring against the enemy, but instead rejoice that I am training and promoting you in this season, says the Lord.

Consider it all joy, my brethren, when you encounter various trials, knowing that the testing of your faith produces endurance. And let endurance have its perfect result, so that you may be perfect and complete, lacking in nothing.
