Spirit Plans

For thus says the Lord God, the Holy One of Israel, ‘In returning and rest you shall be saved; in quietness and in trust shall be your strength’. But you were unwilling . . .

How many years have you run your life in accordance with your own plans? Do you realise that I can guide you minute by minute, hour by hour as to what you might do with your time and energies? Having strategy is not just for businesses and large organisations; it is for my ecclesia, from the smallest number to all people. For I have plans for you, yes, but I also have plans to bring my Kingdom to earth. I need you to be willing to sit and wait and hear strategies, both with me daily on your own but also with other like-minded people. 
Bring me your rest. 
Bring me your time. 
Bring me your commitments, for I love you and I want the best for you. Do not fear a different way of living your life this year. Look for my ways again.

Prayer: Lord, show me the big picture of what you are doing presently that I do not see, and give me the disciplined heart to look and look again until I understand what you are saying and what you are showing me. Where I resist being your disciple, I choose to grow up that I might be stronger for your kingdom. Amen.
