Speak out the good about yourself!

Genesis 1:31
God saw all that he had made, and it was very good.

With my voice I spoke into being the world and everything in it, and with my voice I declared it very good.

Words have power, the power of life or death. Do not let your own voice speak cursing words that break down and devalue. Do not do it to others, do not do it to yourself. Instead, I challenge you today to use your voice to bring life, to build up and to encourage. Speak well of yourself for I have declared you very good. Agree with me in this and believe the truth about who you are. You have been fearfully and wonderfully made. Speak that about yourself and see the difference that words of life can make.
