Simple faith

My child, I see how much you long to please me. I see your faithfulness in service to me. But today I’m calling you to a new level of faith in me.

It’s a faith that is not shaken by trials and circumstances. It’s a simple but bold faith that doesn’t shrink back. It’s a faith that trusts unreservedly in all my promises to you.

Your service alone is not what I require, but it is to be mixed with a faith that steps out with boldness as you take me at my word.

Hebrews 11:6
And without faith it is impossible to please him, for whoever would draw near to God must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who seek him.
