Shine Brightly! – your Lion Bites word for today

My precious child, it is my desire that you would shine brightly. I want you to bring illumination to wherever you go. Shine for me. Allow your character and the fruit of my Spirit in your life to be like a bright lamp in the places where you work.

Push for this as a defining lifestyle, over and above the stress and effort to ‘just get the job done’ and to earn approval from men. Don’t be deceived into thinking that the world is only looking to you for results and tasks completed. This is not true. People will see my Son when they see the light that you carry, shining brightly. This is what is important.

Galatians 5:22-23
But the Holy Spirit produces this kind of fruit in our lives: love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control. There is no law against these things!
