Seeing the wood for the trees – your Lion Bites word for today

The Lord is saying, ‘Well done my faithful servant.’ Some of you have been
called to work for God in places where you feel the sun rarely shines and
you don’t feel like you experience the warm breeze of God on your face. You
are deep in the forest, hidden from the rest of your brothers and sisters
in Christ and wonder if you are ever even going to be able to find your way
back. You may feel like you are beginning to lose sight of the larger
picture and hemmed in by your circumstances.
You are there because you are *able*. You are there because you were
*chosen* and because He has *anointed* you for the task before you.
Be kinder to yourself and take more time to allow Him to lift you up from
time to time, above the trees so that you can see the whole picture. It is
*beautiful*. The work you are doing is magnificent and *glorious*. You are
creating something that will last for generations and remain as a glorious
testimony to God and will be an *inheritance* for many. Be encouraged!
*Ephesians 1:11*
*Furthermore, because we are united with Christ, we have received an
inheritance from God, for he chose us in advance, and he makes everything
work out according to his plan.*
*Matthew 25:21*
*His lord said to him, Well done, good and faithful servant! You have been
faithful over a few things; I will make you ruler over many things. Enter
into the joy of your lord.*
