Reset the Pace – your Lion Bites word for today

I hear the Lord say, I want to reset the pace at which you walk and operate on a daily basis.

For so long you have run at a pace that has been set by the demands of this world, which soon ends in ‘burn out’. But I want you to lay down these old patterns and cycles of life so that I can establish in you a more even pace at which to run your course, where you are able to walk as I lead you. For I want you to know when to slow down and when to pick up the pace as my Spirit directs. 

Hebrews 12:1
Therefore, since we have so great a cloud of witnesses surrounding us, let us also lay aside every encumbrance and the sin which so easily entangles us, and let us run with endurance the race set before us
