God has appointed people – friends, fellow soldiers – who will inspire and encourage you. He has also earmarked people who are to be your tribe – who you will inspire, comfort and encourage. You were not made to be alone and very few are called to mission in isolation. Have you neglected your need to be in true spiritual community, where you have ‘everything in common’? The example of the early church is not just about the giving and sharing of finances but should provoke us to vulnerability, honesty, trust and intimacy… words that the world hates but that in the church are a power-generating catalyst for incredible miracles and testimonies. If you’re not part of one, go and find your tribe – if they haven’t already found you. Generate power, together!

They broke bread in their homes and ate together with glad and sincere hearts, praising God and enjoying the favour of all the people. And the Lord added to their number daily those who were being saved.
