Peace be!  –  your Lion Bites word for today

I saw angels descend and surround you, and they were singing a song that no human ear could understand. This song brought a settling to what appeared to be small yet powerful whirlwinds to your left and to your right. These winds were lifting things high and throwing them around, creating chaos but most significantly creating a feeling that you could not settle and you could not rest.

In unison, the angels stopped their singing, and they shouted with a loud voice ‘peace be!’ with immediacy the whirlwinds disintegrated and disappeared. Again they shouted ‘peace be!’ and all that had been moved or broken was put back into right place. One final time they said ‘peace be!’ and your spirit came into rest, and you were able to settle.

God sees your internal chaos – He knows that you’ve struggled with rest and with settling, and now He has released a solution, a heavenly host with songs of peace and shouts of deliverance. Like Jesus commanding the wind and waves to cease, so these angels are commanding your unsettling to end.
