Now is the season to ask

As there are seasons in the natural world, so there are seasons in the spirit and for your life. Many seasons have gone by in your life that you have misunderstood or not recognised. This has resulted for many in an ease in prayer for others and of the giving of yourself to others, but a difficulty in praying for yourself and of receiving from Me. Prayers that you have prayed in the past, you felt had remained unanswered or even ignored, when in fact the reality was that you were in a different season. Now is the season to ask – for yourself. Now is the season to receive, now is the season to dust off those old dreams and visions. Now is the season for you to grow, now is the season to hear Me for yourself.

From the moment that you prayed those prayers, I heard, and an answer was available to you, but you were not able to hear it then because you did not understand the season that you were in. So don’t be afraid, ask and you will receive, seek and you will find. Know the season that you are in and receive My word for you.

Then he said to me, Do not be afraid, Daniel, for from the first day that you set your heart on understanding this and on humbling yourself before your God, your words were heard, and I have come in response to your words.

But seek first His kingdom and His righteousness, and all these things will be added to you.
