Look to the light

Psalm 27:1
The Lord is my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear? The Lord is the defence of my life; whom shall I dread?

Today God is saying, ‘Look to the light, lift your eyes and allow me to shine on you. For those who will look to me and my light, I am about to illuminate and expose the dark cloaks of fear that have held so many of my people in bondage for so long.

As that cloak is illuminated with my light, like a spider web melts away before the fire, so fear will melt away from you. Then you will know a boldness and a courage that you have never known before as you see the greatness of your God and of my great love for you. So look to me, your light and salvation, and know I am with you to deliver you’.

1 John 4:18
There is no fear in love; but perfect love casts out fear
