Look Outside

Have you looked outside recently; I mean really taking a look outside the safety of your own home?

It is uncomfortable, isn’t it?

The world is a scary place with so much rebellion and hatred all around and no one taking responsibility for their actions. But I took responsibility for their actions and bore all that sin and took the punishment for it, and yet they do not know it. I know you want to be safe and sometimes it is easy to hideaway and cover yourself with your safety blanket. But aren’t you stifling the light inside of you? Small acts of love are all I require, and I will do the rest. Can you do that? Love covers a multitude of sins; this is what I ask you to do, to love your neighbour as yourself.

I know you can! I know how much pleasure that has brought you in the past, it brings me pleasure to.

So, respond to those nudges I am giving you, go and bless your neighbour and that simple act of love may result in their salvation.

Activation: Ask the Lord to show you where you can spread his love to those around you and step out in faith knowing that he will not disappoint you.

Matthew 5:14-16 (NKJV)

You are the light of the world. A city that is set on a hill cannot be hidden. Nor do they light a lamp and put it under a basket, but on a lampstand, and it gives light to all who are in the house. Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works and glorify your Father in heaven.

1 Peter 4:8-10 (NKJV)

And above all things have fervent love for one another, for love will cover a multitude of sins. Be hospitable to one another without grumbling. As each one has received a gift, minister it to one another, as good stewards of the manifold grace of God.
