Let’s Walk On

Beloved, let’s walk on.

I called you up my mountain and in the pursuit of my call you have suffered some knocks along the way.

Now, as you keep moving forward, I am healing you.

I bind up the broken hearted,

I bestow to them the oil of joy instead of mourning, a garment of praise instead of a spirit of heaviness, beauty for ashes.

You are precious in my sight and I love you. I will be faithful to lead you forward.

I will be faithful to once again strengthen you for the journey ahead.

Walk on with me.

Have courage to take the next step, being bold and courageous.

I am your defender.

I am your good counsellor.

Let’s move forward together in great anticipation, knowing that I have prepared good things for you to partake in.

Activation: Let’s give thanks to the Lord for His loving devotion and celebrate the wonders he has done and will do in your life! Write down 5-10 of the most significant (painful or pleasant) things in your life, and spend a few minutes on each, digging into why you are thankful to God for those moments.

Genesis 50:20 (BSB)

As for you, what you intended against me for evil, God intended for good, in order to accomplish a day like this—to preserve the lives of many people.

Psalm 107:4-9 (BSB)

Some wandered in desert wastelands, finding no path to a city in which to dwell. They were hungry and thirsty; their soul fainted within them. Then they cried out to the LORD in their trouble, and He delivered them from their distress. He led them on a straight path to reach a city where they could live. Let them give thanks to the LORD for His loving devotion and His wonders to the sons of men. For He satisfies the thirsty and fills the hungry with good things.
