I am ready to remove what is besetting you

Will you receive my help, my child? I am ready and waiting for us to deal with that thing that has become an irritation in your life. That spot, blemish – that thing that persistently besets you, time and time again.

See, I have not turned my back on you, says the Lord. You have not been rejected and you are not despised by me. I love you and I see what you are worth. Hear me when I say that you are beautiful in my sight. My blood has washed you clean; that virus that contaminated the old you is no longer in your system, you are a new person.

So let’s not keep scratching at old sores. I am ready to perform my surgery on you and remove this skin-deep boil that is distracting you. It is distracting you more that its size deserves.

When I operate on you, no scars will be left, nothing left to remind you or to cause irritation. I am poised to do this; I will wait until you are ready. You don’t need to keep this thing / or carry this / or fight with this any longer.

Trust me, my dear child. My love for you – a death and resurrection love – covers you, you are beautiful in my sight.
