Hidden to Released, Part One

Isaiah 49: 2 (ESV)

He made my mouth like a sharp sword; in the shadow of his hand he hid me; he made me a polished arrow; in his quiver he hid me away.

My precious child, understand the season I have taken you through. You have sensed hiddenness and distance from the promises I have spoken over you. You have looked for the way forward and seen nothing.

Do not believe the lies of distance and disqualification for this is not from me.

I have been meticulous in sharpening you.  I have removed those blunt surfaces, worked through the details of your heart and understanding. Just like an arrow being lifted from a quiver, know that I have given you pin point accuracy in your ability to hear and follow me. In the vigorous polishing I have purified you to be a greater reflection of me. It is time now to rest in me as an arrow yields to the hand of an archer for I am lining you up for direction and pointing you at the target. Allow my Spirit to rise up in you, to equip you and anoint you for purpose, allowing faith to flourish.

Activation:
Your mouth is like a sharp sword and you a polished arrow. Spend time with the Holy Spirit asking him where you have believed the lies of distance from his presence or his promises, and disqualification from his purposes for you. Repent of partnering with these words and ask the Holy Spirit to reveal his truth. Write down what he reveals to you and meditate on these truths allowing your mind to be renewed.

Malachi 3:3 (ESV)

He will sit as a refiner and purifier of silver, and he will purify the sons of Levi and refine them like gold and silver, and they will bring offerings in righteousness to the Lord.

Isaiah 30:21 (NIV)

 Whether you turn to the right or to the left, your ears will hear a voice behind you, saying, “This is the way; walk in it.”
