He Reigns! – your Lion Bites word for today

In a vision, the Lord showed a table filled with paper covered in descriptions of problems you’ve been facing; these were areas that you had toiled over for many days and weeks yet never seemed to find a solution. Relationships, projects, house moves, financial challenges, new jobs, redundancy, etc.

As the table filled with these issues, God brought it to an end, and He started to stamp two words in bold red text over every problem on the table; “He Reigns!”. This bold red text covered every problem as they all became insignificant next to the words “He reigns!”.

And so, the Lord calls to you, “Do not forget that the reason for the season is that Jesus came, and He conquered. He was born a triumphant king, He lived a triumphant king, He died a triumphant king, He rose a triumphant king and He still is the triumphant king! Every area of your life that does not come under Jesus’ Lordship is now bowing the knee to Him.”

So, at this time of busyness and festivities – partner with God and decree over every issue and problem – He Reigns! Watch as situations start to bow to the power of the Lordship of Christ.

Prophetic Act – some of you may feel you want to partner with this word more. Get some paper or post-it notes, write out areas that are overwhelming you and then with a red marker pen, write “He Reigns” over each area as you also decree this out loud.

Isaiah 9:6-7
For to us a child is born,
to us a son is given,
and the government will be on his shoulders.
And he will be called
Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God,
Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.
Of the greatness of his government and peace
there will be no end.
He will reign on David’s throne
and over his kingdom,
establishing and upholding it
with justice and righteousness
from that time on and forever.
The zeal of the Lord Almighty
will accomplish this.
