Full, dripping with honey

I hear the Lord ask, ‘How hungry are you?’ He wants to fill you to full and overflowing. It doesn’t stop at ‘taste and see that the Lord is good’ – it’s ‘how full do you want to be?’ He has a bursting banqueting table, crammed with delights for you. He longs to see His children full to the brim, full and overflowing, with leftovers to give away, to bless others with His delights.

Jesus said, ‘I am the bread of life’. We need to eat until we are full and overflowing… Him and His word. Do you drip with the sweetness of the honey of the Lord?  Ask for more; He longs to fill you.

Deuteronomy 8:8-9
It is a land of wheat and barley; of grapevines, fig trees, and pomegranates; of olive oil and honey. It is a land where food is plentiful and nothing is lacking. It is a land where iron is as common as stone, and copper is abundant in the hills.
