Fork in the Road – your Lion Bites word for today

The Spirit of the Lord is saying that in this season there is a fork in the road in front of you. A decision needs to be made about how you will posture your heart and mind in this coming year. This is a pivotal moment that the Lord does not want you to miss; so, look up and see what He is showing you!

He is asking you now to picture that fork in the road – the two different roads you can select in this season on Earth. One of the roads in your heart is taking you to a place of despair, anxiety, uncertainty and abandonment where the road is dusty and dark. The other road is full of light, colour, joy and leads into the Father’s Heart, into His love and safety. Taking this path, you are choosing in your heart to want to know Him deeper and deeper.

For in this next season, there will be uncertainty, and the Lord is saying, “If you choose the road to my heart, to knowing me more intimately, you will truly live and thrive, not only in your heart and mind but in everything you do.”

Activation: Pray Ephesians 1:17 and ask God to give you the Spirit of wisdom and revelation to know Him better and more deeply. Ask Him to take off anything from your eyes and heart that has stopped you from seeing Him for who He truly is.
