Fear no more – your Lion Bites word for today

You may be sitting today laden with issues of worry, health, finances, employment and more. It is easy to feel as though you’re drowning and unable to find a way back to the surface. But, Father God says to you this morning, ‘Fear not!’.

Before you reply ‘Easy for you to say!’, or roll your eyes at such a remark, take a moment to breathe. Ask Father God to come right into the situation you’re facing. This situation may not immediately change but you will. If you let the words ‘Fear Not!’, get right into your heart, mind and being, God will reorder your internal workings.

Start to declare God’s goodness to you, remember all that He has done in the past for you and rest in Him. He has never failed you yet, and He is not about to start.

Lamentations 3:22-24
Because of the Lord’s great love we are not consumed, for his compassions never fail. They are new every morning; great is your faithfulness. I say to myself, “The Lord is my portion; therefore I will wait for him.”
