The result is that, instead of looking at what you are meant to be doing, you start looking down in self-protection. But the Lord says, ‘Ignore those things that are sent to distract. Don’t be swayed by sniping words, words of limitation and discouraging comments.’
Look up! Keep the Lord as your focus. Leave it to Him to handle the disillusioners, the attackers and those who are trying to hold you back. Keep your head up, your heart and mind fixed on Him, not on troubles that surround you or words that are meant to pull down. God wants you up not down! He is greater than anything man can do. Lift your faith today. Those snapping dogs are leashed so there is a definite limit to what they can do. All you have to do is walk away from them. Ahead is where you are going. No more looking down, no looking back.
