My child, don’t give up!
I know there have been many times lately when it has felt like giving up would be the wisest option. I am looking right now for those who will press in to Me; I am looking for those who will not give up. I am asking you to pick up the things that have been prematurely laid down, the things that you have let go of too soon.
This season of discouragement will come to an end if you will pick up what you have laid down and go again. My child, you must trust me. For some it has been fear that has caused them to put things down. For others it has been disappointment because they have not understood that My ways are not your ways. For others the busyness of life got in the way.
Whatever the reason, it is time for you to go again. It is time to not give up! Just like Elijah’s servant had to be told seven times to go again until he finally saw the small cloud rising out of the sea. If you will choose to not give up but to go again and press into Me, you will see and feel the discouragement break off. Will you trust Me to do what I say I will do?

Mediate on Romans 11:29 (NLT) “For God’s gifts and His call can never be withdrawn.” Spend time with the Lord and ask Him where you need to go again. What have you prematurely laid down? Is there an area that you are tempted to give up on? Ask the Lord for a fresh perspective, his perspective, and ask for fresh insight into how to move forward from here.
Revelation 10:11 (NIV)
“Then I was told, ‘You must prophecy again about many people, nations, languages and kings.’”
1 Kings 18:43 (NKJV)
“‘Go up now, look toward the sea.’ So, he went up and looked, and said, ‘There is nothing.’ And seven times he said, ‘Go again.’ Then it came to pass the seventh time, that he said, ‘There is a cloud, as small as a man’s hand, rising out of the sea!”“‘Go up now, look toward the sea.’ So, he went up and looked, and said, ‘There is nothing.’ And seven times he said, ‘Go again.’ Then it came to pass the seventh time, that he said, ‘There is a cloud, as small as a man’s hand, rising out of the sea!”
