Does it feel like the plan is unravelling? – your Lion Bites word for today

You have been wondering why something hasn’t gone quite as smoothly as you expected. You had sought God for vision and strategy, and you thought you had put in the necessary prayer time and yet things haven’t worked out as they should have. In fact, it feels like some parts of the plan are going backwards and unravelling.

God says to you in this place of confusion, ‘Do not fear and do not give up’. Know that His hand is on this and He sees your circumstances. He is unpicking where you have gone off course, just as a tailor or seamstress might unpick some stitches that had been sown at the wrong angle or along the wrong path. ‘I will set your feet back on the right track’, says the Lord. ‘In my mercy, I have corrected your course. Endure the short time of the unpicking process, and I will show you how to reset things. Your new path will be ablaze with my fire.’
