In a vision I saw a battlefield. It was a war, however only a few soldiers were fighting. On the frontline there was a very small number of soldiers. Many of those who had been called up to the battle were hiding, crouched down in trenches – and any place they could find where they would be out of sight.
I heard the Lord say, ‘This is my army, my church, my bride. Only a few have risen up to take their place boldly on the frontline, while many hide in fear of the battle.
But today I call to those of you in hiding, to those of you who hide away for fear of being seen and attacked. To you I say, ‘Come and take your place in the army of the Lord. It’s time to come out of hiding O valiant warrior! It’s time to stand boldly alongside the rest of my army, knowing that the war is already won.’
Psalm 140:7
O GOD the Lord, the strength of my salvation, You have covered my head in the day of battle.
Proverbs 21:31
The horse is prepared for the day of battle, But victory belongs to the LORD.
