Arise and Awaken! – your Lion Bites word for today

The Lord is dancing over you this morning; He is singing a song of hope and joy as you wake up. The Lord throws open your curtains and light floods into your room, your situation and into your heart.
 
The Spirit of the Lord says to you, ‘Arise and Awaken! – For this is not a day to slumber and this is not a day to sleep. I have much to do with you this day. I have places I want to take you and revelations I want to speak to you. Do not get comfortable and cosy, for I am calling you into a whole new place where you will be more alive and more awake than ever before!’
 
Come out of your place of confusion and distraction. Leave ‘comfort’ and ‘complacency’ behind, for this is a new day and a new time for you.
 
Choose to step into a greater level of joy, anticipation and expectancy as you awaken from your sleep. Fix your gaze on Jesus, allow His light to shine in on you… for He has much to do with you.
 
Ephesians 5:14
