Apple of my eye – your Lion Bites word for today

‘You are mine and I love you’, declares the Lord.
 
At times you may have felt lost, confused and disorientated and have come under severe attack on your identity. Your enemy would have you question the security of your salvation and who you really belong to. But your Saviour reminds you today: ‘Child, you are mine! You belong to me and no one else! I won life for you on the cross. I am in hot pursuit of you, I never stop chasing after you and I never stop pouring my love on you… 

…for you are the apple of my eye and the masterpiece of my hands; you are my prized possession and you are sheltered under my wings. Rest, assured, my child, in my arms today. I have got you. I protect you. I love you. For you are mine!’
