Accelerated Advance! – your Lion Bites word for today

I hear the Spirit of the Lord say to you ‘It’s time to pick up the pace, it’s time to quit your stroll and start your sprint.’

The Lord is calling you into accelerated advance in this season. He has not called you to have a ‘steady-paced stroll’ in your walk with Him in this moment, rather He has called you to sprint and move forward with speed.

For many this word will stir up excitement in you: you have been walking slowly for quite some time and have not yet felt released to move into your full sprint. The Lord speaks to you and declares, ‘Run!’ over your spirit in this day. This will be the adventure you have always desired; you will no longer feel ‘stuck’ or ‘immobile’ but you will feel the breeze brush past you as you accelerate into the distance. This will be a joyous, liberating season for you as you step into the fullness of the call that the Lord has placed on your life.

Rise up from your places of comfort, people of God, and begin to press on and run this day!

Therefore, since we are surrounded by such a huge crowd of witnesses to the life of faith, let us strip off every weight that slows us down, especially the sin that so easily trips us up. And let us run with endurance the race God has set before us.
