Above and Beyond – your Lion Bites word for today

Decisions, worries and problems may have already started to stir in this new year but take heart today, God is taking you above and beyond. There is a place above your worries and beyond your circumstance that you are being taken to today; a place in your mind and emotions. Here, the things that worry you and hold you down do not rule the decisions that you make. It is a place of refuge but also of promise and hope for the future. Will you let God take you there? Will you say to Him, ‘Take me above and beyond, God’?

Psalm 40:2-3
He lifted me out of the slimy pit, out of the mud and mire; he set my feet on a rock and gave me a firm place to stand. He put a new song in my mouth, a hymn of praise to our God. Many will see and fear the Lord and put their trust in him.
