A place of rest

For those of you who have felt as though you have been journeying in the dark, moving at speed without the ability to navigate (almost like a runaway train), the Lord says:

‘I am breaking you out of that place of despair and brokenness. I am relieving you of your burdens and your hardship. I am bringing you into a place of rest and positioning you for ‘the more’ of my glory. You have been faithful and you have been wise in clinging onto me, even if only in your desperation, through this past season. I now bring you to a place of safety and peace where you can rest with me and be refreshed.’

Psalm 23:1-2
The Lord is my shepherd, I lack nothing.
He makes me lie down in green pastures, he leads me beside quiet waters, he refreshes my soul.
