A new and better way

Today the Lord is breaking the cycles of repetitive behaviour you have struggled with daily: I speak to cycles of negative thoughts that self-condemn and say, “No more!” I call to order eating patterns that have caused your body harm, created an in-balance in your system and brought about patterns of low mood.

And God says, ‘Give to me this day your heart, mind, body and will, and I will show you a better way. I will exchange your destructive cycles for new ways of living that bring life and balance. As you do this, you will begin to find yourself connecting with me in new and deeper ways and those mountains in your life will be brought low.’

Therefore if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creature; the old things passed away; behold, new things have come.
