A golden thread in your life

The Holy Spirit showed a picture of a beautifully created tapestry, with vibrant colours, many different fabrics and with a variety of textures. This tapestry represents your life – there is such detail, each thread and fabric woven together with such precision and with great care and love.

There is a golden thread which feeds right through this work of art; it is present at the beginning and continues right the way through the tapestry. The Lord says, ‘This golden thread in your life represents My goodness and My love, which has been woven into your life – from beginning, middle and end.’

Choose this day to recognise God’s goodness and love in your life and celebrate as the Psalmist did when he declared:

Surely your goodness and love will follow me all the days of my life,
and I will dwell in the house of the LORD for ever.
Psalm 23:6
