A gathering call – your Lion Bites word for today

1 Corinthians 12:12
Just as a body, though one, has many parts, but all its many parts form one body, so it is with Christ

‘These are the days of my glory rising on my church. These are the days of my glory rising on my body -my people – in a new way. My body is one living being, joined and fitted together and if parts of my body remove themselves permanently from the body they will wither and die.’

Some of you are ‘paddling your own canoe’ and have decided you are better off without the input of other people in your life. Some of you have turned your back on the church and have preferred to self-select out of gathered meetings.

But now it is time for those of you who have been disillusioned with church to begin to gather together. Gather others around you who are hungry and looking for the new thing the Lord God is doing in this hour. The new ways of gathering are at hand and the Holy Spirit is beginning to release them into the earth now. As you gather you will know the release of His life in a fresh way. A gathering call has gone out – respond with joy for these are the days of the new gatherings of God’s people.

Joel 2:16
Gather the people, consecrate the assembly;
bring together the elders, gather the children, those nursing at the breast.
Let the bridegroom leave his room and the bride her chamber.
