Lift up your swords, my warriors, my brides. It is time to yield the sharp double edged sword and let the word – my word – go forth across the earth. Stand tall, my bride, and advance! Use your voice as a weapon, letting the sword cut through the fear, reaching the distraught, for there is a time to be quiet but also a time to speak. There is a time for war and a time for peace; it is time for war, not giving in to the enemy’s lies and deception, but to declare as Jesus did: “Man shall not live on bread alone, but on every word that comes from the mouth of God” (Matthew 4:4, NIV).
So declare my word on the streets, in the shops, in your houses, and in your dreams. Do not hold back, for my world needs to hear the truth: “God so loved the world that he gave his one and only son that whoever believes in him will not perish but will have eternal life” (John 3:16, NIV).
Hebrews 4:12 (NIV)
For the word of God is alive and active. Sharper than any double-edged sword, it penetrates even to dividing soul and spirit, joints and marrow; it judges the thoughts and attitudes of the heart.
