Are you watching and waiting? – your Lion Bites word for today
The Lord is coming back for a pure and spotless bride. Are you watching, waiting, preparing, in anticipation? Do you have an expectancy and an excitement about His glorious return, or are you living day by day, just getting by?
It is no longer the season of ‘just getting by’. A bride should be excited, a bride should be waiting in eager anticipation of her groom’s arrival. How excited are you? Are you watching and waiting with an eager anticipation? Jesus Christ longs for you to be eagerly waiting for His return.
Hebrews 9:28
Even so it is that Christ, having been offered to take upon Himself and bear as a burden the sins of many once and once for all, will appear a second time, not to carry any burden of sin nor to deal with sin, but to bring to full salvation those who are [eagerly, constantly, and patiently] waiting for and expecting Him.
