That I May Know Christ Crucified

You have become comfortable with the things of life, comfortable in your preferences and comfortable in the pleasers of this world. Comfortable with the familiar that in the process you have made me a familiar process in your day. 

I am awakening my bride to the weight of my glory, to the purity in my Holiness. I am captivating the bride of Christ and bringing her to be set apart for my glory. 

Activation: God, our prayer is that we would know Christ crucified, for we understand that if we want to know Christ in his glory, we must also know him in his suffering. God prepare us for the journey into your glory.  Find us on our knees with hearts that long for you more than anything else. 

1 corinthians 2:2 NIV

 For I resolved to know nothing while I was with you except Jesus Christ and him crucified

Philippians 3: 7-11 NIV

 But whatever were gains to me, I now consider loss for the sake of Christ. What is more, I consider everything a loss because of the surpassing worth of knowing Christ Jesus my Lord, for whose sake I have lost all things. I consider them garbage, that I may gain Christ. and be found in him, not having a righteousness of my own that comes from the law, but that which is through faith in[a] Christ—the righteousness that comes from God on the basis of faith. I want to know Christ—yes, to know the power of his resurrection and participation in his sufferings, becoming like him in his death,  and so, somehow, attaining to the resurrection from the dead.
