Do not let the darkness consume you, my child. For it grabs at your ankles, trying to pull you into its murky waters, but it cannot touch you.
Remember who you are. For you are not of this world, you are to be my light-bearers—beacons of hope to a world in need.
Look into my face and bathe in my light; let it fall upon you and consume you like droplets of golden sunshine. Let the warmth of my light soothe and refresh the very core of your being; let it guide your every step. Let it exude from your every pore, so you shine with my radiance.
Activation: Take a prayer walk around your home and your area, declare, “Let there be light in Jesus’ name” over every aspect of your life and environment.
John 1:5 (NIV)
The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness has not overcome it.
Genesis 1:3 (NIV)
And God said, “Let there be light,” and there was light.
2 Corinthians 4:6
For God, who said, “Let light shine out of darkness,” made his light shine in our hearts to give us the light of the knowledge of God’s glory displayed in the face of Christ.
