I want you to remember that I have appointed you for such a time as this.
Do not look with fear at the systems of this world that are crumbling. Do not allow a sense of hopelessness into your heart.
It’s time to speak “LIFE!” into death and “HOPE!” into hopelessness.
I have appointed you to be a voice – for you to call those things that are not, as though they are.
I have appointed you to be my brave and courageous ones; My fearless children; to lead those who are weary into a place of life; to set the captives of this world free.
No longer say, “I am not qualified. I am not equipped”. But instead say, “I am chosen and appointed for such a time as this!”
Isaiah 61:1-3
The Spirit of the Lord God is upon me, because the Lord has anointed me to bring good news to the afflicted; He has sent me to bind up the broken hearted, to proclaim liberty to captives and freedom to prisoners; To proclaim the favourable year of the Lord and the day of vengeance of our God; To comfort all who mourn, to grant those who mourn in Zion, giving them a garland instead of ashes, the oil of gladness instead of mourning, the mantle of praise instead of a spirit of fainting. So they will be called oaks of righteousness, the planting of the Lord, that He may be glorified.
1 Peter 2:9
But you are a chosen race, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a people for God’s own possession, so that you may proclaim the excellences of Him who has called you out of darkness into His marvellous light.
