The Lord is saying, “Today is your day of freedom! I have heard your righteous cries for your children and the next generation. I have seen your tears for holiness among the land. But I want you to know that I am not finished using you yet! Although you cry for the next generation to rise, I am still calling you to come higher into my courts. There are things you are yet to see; there are moments I have been waiting to show you until such a time as this.
As I deliver you from the troubles you are facing and the generational cycles and trauma, you will see things from a height you have only ever dreamed about. You will soar like an eagle in the heavenlies, and from that place, you will be able to intercede for the next generation and live to see them rise in purity and on fire for me!”
Isaiah 40:31 MSG
Why would you ever complain, O Jacob, or, whine, Israel, saying, “God has lost track of me. He doesn’t care what happens to me”? Don’t you know anything? Haven’t you been listening? God doesn’t come and go. God lasts. He’s Creator of all you can see or imagine. He doesn’t get tired out, doesn’t pause to catch his breath. And he knows everything, inside and out. He energizes those who get tired, gives fresh strength to dropouts. For even young people tire and drop out, young folk in their prime stumble and fall. But those who wait upon God get fresh strength. They spread their wings and soar like eagles, They run and don’t get tired, they walk and don’t lag behind.
Psalm 34:17 ESV
When the righteous cry for help, the Lord hears and delivers them out of all their troubles.
