In My Presence

Psalm 27:4-6
One thing I ask of the Lord, this is what I seek: that I may dwell in the house of the Lord all the days of my life, to gaze upon the beauty of the Lord and to seek him in his temple. For in the day of trouble he will keep me safe in his dwelling; he will hide me in the shelter of his tabernacle and set me high upon a rock. Then my head will be exalted above the enemies who surround me; at his tabernacle will I sacrifice with shouts of joy; I will sing and make music to the LORD.

Father God says:
You have a safe place to come to. A shoulder to cry on; a comforter, protector and a friend. You have these things in me and I am calling on you to come to me. In that secret place of worship and intimacy you will find rest. There are many ways that your energies and time can be sapped away from you, and many ways for fear to present itself to you. But there is only one way that you will find true restoration and freedom from fear. That is in my presence. So come, worship me, talk to me and allow yourself to be lifted by me.
