Exchange fear for freedom

You do not need to please people all the time. You do not have to perform for them and so come under their control. Rather, ask the Lord for the words and strategies required in your interactions with men and women. You will be amazed at how you will be heard and respected by others.

God desires for you to be completely free; free to be able to stand firm and speak up without feeling you are being heard as bossy or arrogant. In this season, God desires to strengthen you in this area and heal the fear of man that is in your heart, exchanging it for a reverential and Holy fear of Him.

Proverbs 14:27
The fear of the Lord is a fountain of life, turning a man from the snares of death.
