The Lord says to you today, with great excitement:
‘Rejoice in me! I will reward my people in unexpected ways. Those who have stayed faithful to me in the fire of the past season will receive my glory in new measures. Know that nothing of the previous season has been wasted.
You have persevered and relented, and now I have prepared you to receive your bountiful reward! Your reward in victory will be great on earth but it will also be great in heaven. Beloved, treasures have been stored up for you.
Continue to partner with me in the new ways – moving from glory to glory. Have faith and do not doubt that you are entering into that time now. Be alert, and attune to me. What are you hearing? Seeing? Perceiving? Notice how you are moving in my glory in a new way, even in everyday things. Ask me about what you are seeing, and I will show you the ways in which I have equipped you for this glorious new season’.
Activation:
- Pray, ‘Holy Spirit, help me to see the glory rewards you have given me, and help me to stay connected and attentive to you throughout the day. Highlight your ‘new ways’ and give me insight and understanding, so that I can continue to partner with you in faith in this new season.’
- Throughout the week, take a note of the things you are seeing and perceiving in the Spirit, even if they seem small. You may think that some of the things you are noticing are not the Spirit, but write them down anyway, as you might just be surprised!Â
- At the end of the week, go through the list and spend time with the Lord asking Him what He has been showing you and what are the areas he has been sharpening you in. This will help you see that the past difficult seasons have not been wasted. Have faith and trust that the Lord has and is blessing you this season to move from glory to glory.
Matthew 6:19-21 (NIV)
Do not store up for yourselves treasures on earth, where moths and vermin destroy, and where thieves break in and steal. But store up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where moths and vermin do not destroy, and where thieves do not break in and steal. For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also.
1 Peter 1:7 (AMP)
So that the genuineness of your faith, which is much more precious than gold which is perishable, even though tested and purified by fire, may be found to result in [your] praise and glory and honour at the revelation of Jesus Christ.
