Be tightly knitted together in love

I am weaving my people together in new ways, creating new patterns and new fabrics amongst my people, says the Spirit of the Lord. This is a time for unity. It is a time for proactively making bonds with each other. If there is someone who you have felt you should be getting to know, then make plans now to meet them, embrace them and get to know their heart. Celebrate what each other is doing.

I am knitting you together tightly, as with the threads in tweed cloth. Because of this, you will be able to resist and weather – as a body – the coming storms. The love for each other that you demonstrate will be seen and admired by those outwith the church. Subsequently, the work will be to export this to all the world.

Acts 2:44-47
All the believers were together and had everything in common. Selling their possessions and goods, they gave to anyone as he had need. Every day they continued to meet together in the temple courts. They broke bread in their homes and ate together with glad and sincere hearts, praising God and enjoying the favor of all the people. And the Lord added to their number daily those who were being saved.
