“No more to-ing and fro-ing, no more in then out, no more here then there; I am making you consistently radical,” declares the Lord. Many of you have felt marked by inconsistency; one moment there is courage to step out in bravery and operate in your calling and giftings, the next you feel void of that same courage. Some days you’re ready to take on the world with the Gospel of the Kingdom; the next you’d rather just keep yourself to yourself. Take heart today as this is not part of your DNA, nor a flaw in your design. God has called you to be consistently radical and courageous.
Today, receive God’s supernatural courage, but also choose to be brave. Don’t let inconsistency mark you! For those whom this word resonates with, be encouraged to pray the following: ‘God, I’m sorry for living inconsistently; please forgive me. Today, I choose to receive and partner with your courage to be and stay consistently radical.’
1 Chronicles 28:20
David also said to Solomon his son, ‘Be strong and courageous, and do the work. Do not be afraid or discouraged, for the LORD God, my God, is with you. He will not fail you or forsake you until all the work for the service of the temple of the LORD is finished.’
